Student Grants

Students from developing countries may be eligible for travel grants funded by The University of Calgary and Delsys Inc.  Detailed information on how to apply for these grants Is available here.    

Student Events

Some events at the conference are just for students. To sign up for the student/mentor lunches, a hike to Kananaskis, or a night out at Ranchman's Cookhouse, please visit the Registration page to sign up.

Student Accommodation

The Westin, a four star hotel, offers shared accommodation within walking distance of the conference centre. Room rates are available for $55-quad, $63-triple and $80-double per night per occupant. Visit the Accommodation & Venue for details on reserving a room.
